Steven "Frenchie" French, USAF (Ret.)

Steven French (“Frenchie) describes himself as “I am a lot like Forrest Gump, in that ‘I’m not a smart man, but…’” as the saying goes. He is retired U.S. military and is now a Public Affairs Specialist at Air Force Reserve Command at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia.  He graduated from TUI University (Cypress, CA) with a MBA in Marketing, holds a Master’s in Christian Studies in Pastoral Ministry from Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, AZ), also has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University (Plainview, TX) and is working to complete a Master’s in Theological Studies from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA).

He serves as a pastor on the Rehoboth Baptist Association Pastor Supply Team, a hospital Chaplain, and a Chaplain for Truckstop Ministries, Inc., a nation-wide ministry that serves truckers and others as a Spiritual refuge. Faith, family, friends, and serving others keeps him busy.

Frenchie and his wife Jan, married for going on 37 years, love to travel together and have done that extensively.  They have been friends with Delilah for many years and it is through Frenchie that she has been able to visit and encourage our troops in Iraq, Afghanistan and Haiti and is now on Armed Forces Radio, heard around the world.
